Effects of missing FLSA Calendar dates.

What is the effect on Payroll and T&L processing when the FLSA calendars have not been built through the payroll processing dates?  We noticed our FLSA calendars ended in 2016 even though we built the Pay calendars through 2019.  We are not receiving any errors, but have had random issues with "Subscript out of range" in the FLSA COBOL.  We updated the Occurs clauses, but we need to know about the calendars.
