Order level adjustment is not available for Procurement in P4071.

Hi - I know the SAR 7532114 already exists requesting to have order level adjustment available for procurement as well. Any updates about this?, in the meantime how can I handle price beaks if I order any combination of items within a family that meets the minimum order quantity criteria, I need to get a price break on all items. Any ideas?.
