Format Issues when generating a Contract using the Authored Functionality

When creating a contract using the authored functionality, the document generated is not showing in the correct format. The document is not being generated in the exact format the Full Text on the clause was entered. Template is being uploaded empty, only with the title. Full text has been entered formatted on the clause making reference to the bind variables. Bind variables are showing properly on the document but is not being generated in the correct format. Is there any way we can upload the correct template in the correct format and only inserting on the document the wizard bind
