Customize the withholding tax calculation

Hi,

We have an AP requirement where we need to customize the withholding tax calculation because we have to apply a different percentage in another country.

We´ve checked some notes where the package "AP_CUSTOM_WITHHOLDING_PKG" is modified, when we open a second package "AP_CUSTOM_WITHHOLDING_HOOK_PKG" we see coments like "Please enter all custom code below this line"

But we want to know if its possible to modified directly this package or we have to take another one to perform this action.

Our Product Version is 12.2.5
