Smartview Lagging - Windows 10, Office 16, SV (11.1.2.5.800)

Hi - All of users are complaining that Smartview is lagging using Windows 10, Office 16 and Smartview 11.1.2.5.800.

We have also seen this with SV .710 and again we have a test laptop with Office 365 with the same issue.

We can replicate the problem using a normal MS Excel document that is open and never has or never needs to be used with Smartview.

Has anyone come across this before?

Moving from cell to cell is painful!
