Converting World Order Notes to E1

We recently completed our migration from World A8.1 to E1 9.2. Order notes from the World F4314 table were purposefully not included in the migration, but now I have a request to go back and bring the order notes into E1. I'm trying to figure out what steps are required to convert that data. So far I have run program J9816D2 which is the A8 to Xe Migration for Generic Text. This program syncs up F4314 and F4314H and calls a trigger program (P4314ZX) to populate the F00165 table. However, this table is not in the same format as F00165
