WebLogic server using a 32JDK

I keep getting this error when i am installing JDE E1 stand alone application in my Windows 10 64 bits, i have installed web logic but i fear that i cant find a good manual that tells me what to do and where to install the software, I am just a developer and i just want to install the software to develop some requierements in JDE E1, I also believe that there should be a standalone software that can be installed and configure everything so it would be mych easier for developers to start  deeveloping.
