Instalation guide, where to find software ??

Hi, in the manual instalation guide says that you have to install  Standalone Client Installer, and i am searching for this installer and i can´t find it, and thats what i cant seem to understand, the manual says you have to install a version and when you look for the version is like it has changed name or it doesn´t exist anymore, what should i do from there.

The question is which one should i install.
