11.2.0.4 repository DB upgrade

Hi ,

We have a Oracle Enterprise Manager Cloud Control 12c 12.1.0.4 with 11.2.0.4 repository database , we would like to upgrade repository database to 12.1.0.2  , can someone guide me the procedure of upgrading only the repository to 12c or point me to a document which helps
