Why doesn't POPO005 print plt image for logo as expected

When I print a purchase order via POPO005 (Purchasing > Purchase Orders > Review PO Information > Print POs) with Type as Printer, Format as HP and Output Destination a specific printer, the image (*.plt) does not print as expected.  The image seems distorted.  It seems flattened and skewed from the coordinates.

However, when I print a purchase order (same path as mentioned above) with Type as Web and Format as PDF, the image (*.jpg), the image for the logo prints perfectly.
