Expense Report Approval Workflow - Advance Details
How can we change the approval Workflow notification page to supervisors for the Travel related Expense report approvals, to display the 'Advance' amount and maybe balance that was applied and paid to the employee/submitter? The supervisors are wanting to see the Advance or reimbursement applied without having to drill down to other sections of the approval notification page. They currently have to go to the very bottom of the page under section 'Related Applications" > and they click on the 'Expense Details' link in order to view the advance amount.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated. If it requires customization, please let me know and provide me with references that might help, even if not applicable to the same scenario.
