Is there a way to secure Payee Control (P0450) records by Business Unit?

Hi,

We would like to secure Payee Control records by business unit.  We have the P0450 secured to a select group of users.  When a record needs to be approved in Payee Control all users in the group can see the records.  The Payee Name does not display in form W0450A but the user is still able to see the Payee Control Details in form W0450B.  Also, the user is able to approve the Payee Control record.  We are using business unit security so I understand why the Payee Name does not display on form W045A.  Is this working as designed?
