Deleting Empty Groups in Template

Issue - If there are groups which need to be cleaned up in the template by deleting it is not possible currently. This posses issue of having rouge groups populated in the projects using the template.

By deleting the unwanted groups the template can be maintained and unwanted groups will not be populated in the projects created using the template.
