Amend Journals by the Approver

Hi All,

In the system when  journals are entered by the entry user and those are send for approval. If there are any amendments the approver rejects the journal batch and the entry user has to amend the journal details and has to send back to approval.

But our client has a requirement, once the entry user enters the journal and forward for approval. if the particular journal needs an amendment it has to be updated by the approver not by the entry user. How can we handle this scenario in the system.
