Destination organization LOV is blank in Trunk stock management

When we attempt to perform a Parts Transfer from the Field Service Admin Portal, the destination Org field does not list not of the Org's.

The Resource Address & Sub Inv are setup for this resource and has access to atleast two Sub-Inv under the same Org.

It seems shipping network setup is required for this.

The below shipping network was already setup, but when I un-checked the 'Internal Order Required' flag as shown in below screen cap, the Destination org shows up in the Field Service Admin Portal - > Trunk Stock Management -> Part Transfer.

Please note, I was attempting to transfer parts between two field tech under the same Org (USS), but the Destination Org field values were getting displayed only after the above mentioned shipping network setup was updated.
