2018 Bonus depreciation problem

Oracle Fixed assets R12 - I am trying to calculate bonus depreciation 100%, but some of the assets will not calculate correctly.  I have the method as 200DB, bonus rules 100% Bonus.  The only thread in common I can find is that we kept 2017 open until September and the assets not calculating 100% bonus were added while 2017 was still open.  How do I get Oracle for my tax books to pick up the 100% bonus depreciation?  Is there a recent patch?
