Hyperion workspace is not opening

Hyperion workspace is not opening

All services are up and running except "Oracle Hyperion Configuration Manager"

I tried to start the service "Oracle Hyperion Configuration Manager", but receiving below error

"Windows could not start the Oracle Hyperion Configuration Manger service on Local Computer. Error 1053: The service did not respond to the start or control request in a timely fashion"

Workaround -

I disable the service - but no luck

I restarted services and server - but no luck
