DB Link issue in cluster environment (ORA-12521)

Hi

DB links in clustered environment are not working when created using TNS Alias. We have used scan and service_name in TNS description. Test thru local connection  (from any of rac nodes) works fine, but remotely (toad, sql dev and from APP) is failing with ORA-12521.

log.xml of scan listeners has INSTANCE_NAME added in the request and hence it's failing.
