JDE E1 Contract Billing - Contract Master Revision Lines X-REf

Hello,

In JDE E1 Contract billing, we have contracts setup and are setting up lines but are getting the warning message "Cross Reference not set up" .  Can anyone tell me what this X-Ref is and how to get to the setup of said cross reference???
