OPM ALL responsibility

Hi,

We are on R12.1.3.

From different study material, i came to know that provided a seeded responsibility name "OPM All" to access all function from different OPM responsibilities.

Unfortunately, this responsibility is not available in our instance. Kindly assist me to clear mine below doubt.

Is this is seed responsibility? if yes, how i can get it. or if it does not then do i have to customize it? for customization, is there any seed Menu provided by Oracle.

Kindly advise me.
