T4 being generated for Retirees with no income (have taxable benefits only).  Pensioner flag not set on EE master but have special handled the Retiree DBAs to box 119 on the T4A. YE workbench creates T4As but it is also creating a T4 where the amount of the DBA on the T4A is being placed into the Employment Income box on the T4. I thought the special handling step to the T4A  box 119 was all that is required to bypass the need to set the Pension flag that creates P tax type history records throughout the year with Final
