Apply Date Does Not Change When an On-Account Application is Unapplied in Cash Receipts Apply Window

Has anyone had an enhancement build to use the previous months open GL periods.  When you unapply a transaction it's going to use the currents month open period, even if the GL Date on the applications screen is in the last months open period.  This causes a reconciliation issue on the 1st day of the new month if the gl period is opened up.
