Validation error '<end for-each?> cannot close <?for-each-group> for nested for each in table

Recently upgraded to  BIP12c. When doing validation in BIP desktop, getting Validation error '<end for-each?> cannot close <?for-each-group> for nested for each in table.

It will be really helpful if someone could point out error in above case.
