How to Remove ;'Add Additional Row' / Split Distribution on Requisition in 12.2.7?

Trying to remove the functionality to Add Another Row on Requisition in 12.2.7 and cannot seem to remove the icon.   The profile PA: Allow Override of PA Distributions in AP/PO = No.  Tried changing both Rendered to False and Read Only to True for both the Add Addition Row and the ChargeAccountFlex.  The icon is still there and it still works.  What do I need to do?
