locate delete all JDE E1 files manually

I need to locate delete all JDE E1 files manually, because i installed the software in the incorrect paths so i had many error´s and because of that i have uninstalled all JDE E1 software from the provided GUI and then deleted all files in my C: drive but now i am trying to install JDE E1, I can´t install, i get alot of errors.

These are the errors i am getting

These are the location of the files that haven´t been configured before, I installed in diferent locations in C: drive, thats why i had to uninstall the software so it can go in the location showed in the manual.
