How to set back the default OPPM Table columns width?

Good Day!

in OPPM version 18.8 Table column widths can be changed freely by using the mouse. An example screenshot below

We want to changed it back to the original default view. One option we know is to delete the row in the OPPM DB ps_user_preferences where type = Form Layout.
Are there any configuration front end that a User or Admin can access to changed it back to the default width?
