How to shrink the listener log files with DIAG_ADR_ENABLED=ON

We have not explicitly set DIAG_ADR_ENABLED=OFF and the default is ON. So, the listener log file is alert/log.xml and there is also a trace/listener.log file that is text based.

How to truncate both these files without stopping the listener?
