Looking for some Information on the field PS_STDNT_ENRL(Record) STATUS_DT(Field). When does this field gets updated and what is the purpose of the Field

Sometimes it is same as ENRL_ADD_DT in Enrollment Record and sometimes it is same as LAST_UPD_DT_STMP in Enrollment Record.
