Not able to Open any application from Local Web

Hi Team,

We are on 9.2.3.1 release on Windows 2016 platform with SQL Server 2016.

JDK version is 1.8_151

When I am trying to open any application from my local web, its saying loading and it never loads with below message in the jderoot.log.
