Single PM can bill from parent project for different orgs

Hi All,

There is a requirement below from customer that one project manager can handle multiple child projects and can billing be done in parent projects

Please find below requirement and advise ASAP. Note : Consider DMI,MMI and Roxar are 3 different OU.

I have a need to set up a top level Parent project, with several different child sub projects. 

If one child sub project is for something from DMI, that child sub project would cut a PO to DMI.

Same for a child sub project to MMI or Rosemount.

Assumption is customer is the same for all, PO’s from customer may be same or different.
