ORA-12012 Error on auto execute of job Doc ID 2127675.1

Hello,

Oracle Database 12c Standard Edition Release 12.2.0.1.0 - 64bit Production

I see a lot of messages like

Errors in file /u01/app/oracle/diag/rdbms/orcl/orcl/trace/orcl_j001_4806.trc:

ORA-12012: error on auto execute of job "SYS"."ORA$AT_OS_OPT_SY_75593"

ORA-20001: Statistics Advisor: Invalid task name for the current user

I found article in Oracle support (Doc ID 2127675.1) but I am not sure against which Database should I apply fix:
