Anyone notice that PUM29 pay003/ddp003 sqr programs are missing 18-E Updates?

We are reapplying mods to HCM PUM29 in preparation for testing and deployment.

One thing we noticed is the re-delivered sqr programs for check/advice printing, pay003.sqr and ddp003.sqr, do not have the updates provided in 18-E.  Specifically the 18-E updates were to add Tax Classes '1' and '3' to an IN list for a PS_PAY_TAX select.

       AND T.TAX_CLASS IN ('A','B','C','D','F','G','H','I','L','M','N','O','P','T','V','W','7','5','1','3')     !HP99999

Our system administrator wonders if it was because 18-E was a PRP and that change did not make it into the PUM code-base?
