Turn off Fluid Benefits Enrollment

Hi-

We are working on applying the last few PUM updates and need to turn off the new Fluid Benefits Enrollment until we are ready to implement it. It looks like it is defaulting in rather than the classic enrollment we have in production. How do we get the classic enrollment pages back on please?
