How to disable copy record operation for workflow bps in Unifier version 18.8.2.1?

We are currently using Unifier version 18. Users tend to do copy record for workflow bps which results to errors to next workflow due to fields being prepopulated. Is there a way to disable this copy operation functionality to avoid these errors during progression of the record?
