Error "Status Code:550" while creating appliance - BareMetal X7 ODA 2S

Hi

We are deploying ODA 18.3 on our ODA X7 machine

We are actually doing a re-imaging using the 18.3 ODA

We did the following

1. Downloaded the ISO Image 18.3.0.0.0 using patch #27604623

2. From the X7-2 Deployment Guide, follow the instructions for "Restoring an Oracle Appiance BareMetal System"

and under step # 3 "Add the Image", use the downloaded image from Step # 1

After the re-imaging, here is how the system looks like
