How to persist Employee data in xstore db as well as training db

Hi,

I am looking for the option where I don't want to create employee data again for Training purpose in training database.

Is it possible when store manager create employee data for store primary it will get auto insert into training database as well? if yes Kindly me know how can we do that.

Xstore Version 16.0
