Delete/erase only data created in environment

Can we delete/erase only data created from stage environment, keeping configuration, Data element, data definition, users and groups. Doing that we can test in stage environment in a "clean" environment, because in this moment we have that environment with a lot of information and "trash" because we have been doing test in that environment, but we need to start UAT in a "clean" environment. Currently we only have two environments (Stage-Production)
