Is there a way to hide the blank photo at the top of Employee based pages?

We do not have photos in our Peoplesoft HCM 9.2 system.

Now they we are deploying Fluid on Mobile devices we would really like to suppress that gray box since space is limited.

Is there a way through setup to suppress the blank photo box?

We had done it in Application Designer by adding psc_hidden to the photo on small form factor but it seems that PUM29 changed things on us and that does not work anymore.
