ssh session refused from putty in oracle linux 7.6

Hi

I have install Oracle Linux 7.6 (4.14.35-1818.3.3.el7uek.x86_64 #2 SMP)  in VMware 14 workstation.

I have configured network properly. when I am trying to connect Linux server through putty  getting error "Network error: Connection refused"  I have tried to solve in many way but not yet resolved it.

Please guide me to solve the said problem.
