Siebel 17/18 Cannot Assign Font Awesome Icons for Some Screens Because Some <span> classes are too g

Hi All,

There are case where you can see the font awesome assignment is based on the class on a span for the screen tab reference in the console. See the example of Cases below:

In many other cases the related <span> class for the screen is a very generic class value. See the example below:

Because of this the application is not assigning distinctive font awesome icons to these tabs.

I'm having a hard time identifying where this is going wrong.

Any tips out there?
