Patch 28813878: Oracle Database - Enterprise Edition 11.2.0.4.0 for Linux x86-64 - GRID INFRASTRUCTU

If you get the following error when applying Patch 28813878:

acfs is supported

Executing '/u01/app/11.2.0/grid/bin/acfsroot install'

Executing cmd: /u01/app/11.2.0/grid/bin/acfsroot install

Command output:

> ls: cannot access /u01/app/11.2.0/grid/install/usm/Oracle/EL6/x86_64/2.6.32-696/2.6.32-696.el6-x86_64/bin/oracleoks.ko: No such file or directory

> ACFS-9459: ADVM/ACFS is not supported on this OS version: '2.6.32-754.10.1.el6.x86_64'

/u01/app/11.2.0/grid/bin/acfsroot install ... failed
