cost-to-cost revenue billing extension not pulling in ITD costs in formula

After our upgrade to release 12.2.6, our fixed price projects using the cost-to-cost revenue billing extension are not pulling in all the ITD costs. This is resulting in a lower fee than it should be.

We upgraded from release 12.0.6.

Has anyone else encountered this issue?
