want guidance to install Bi Publisher / XML Publisher on x64 with MS Office 2013

hi all,

I am very new to Oracle EBS ( ver. 12.1.3), at work, machine I have is 64bit Win 10 and MS Office 2013 and at home machine is 64bit Win 8.1 and MS Office 2013, want to work with Forms & Reports, please guide me to

-  download link ( XML Publisher and/or Bi Publisher which one I have to use ) and installation guide, setup / configurations if any

-  Oracle Forms and Reports version

-  MS Office version

-  and also point to the tutorial site which can guide me with step-by-step approach to generate Reports for EBS.

and what about if a client has any previous ver like 11i or earlier in 12c etc.?
