The "Auto Discovery" process don't discover databases nor listeners

Hello Community!

I'm new on OEM and I'm having troubles with the first step: I run Auto Discovery, but it don't detect any database nor listener in the host that I'm discovering. The results are only the "database installation" that I have there.

How can I find what's the problem?
