Siebel IP15 VDI Access

We have Siebel Open UI IP15.14 in production for large telecom company. When the Call Center agents access the application using desktop the application is pretty fast. However, when user uses Citrix VDI, there is slowless observed.

We have checked from the network latency perspective and there are no issues.

Is there anything specific needs to be done when access is through VDI?
