Saving data in Custom tab in SR form

Hi all,

We have created some fields in custom tabs of SR form.

Data entered in these fields are saved in a custom table, with SR number as reference (parent Key).

The challenge is when creating a new SR, when values are entered in these fields and saved, SR number generated in main form is not passed to custom tab, and values are not saved in custom table.

How can we overcome this problem?
