Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. DB Polling Time Zone Problem

I am using DB polling to get the data from a database.

my SOA suite and Database are in different time zones.

when I retrieve the data SOA suite is changing date-time values to its local time zone, which is not suitable for my project.

I am using 11.1.1.1.7 version

please let me know what I am I missing.
