Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. DB package or utility to upload physical pdf file into blob table column

Hi All,

I have below requirement and appreciate any pointers or suggestions:

1. There is DBaas in the cloud.

2. The is SFTP location where physical PDF/DOC files are placed

3. Read those files and load into database tables into BLOB column.

Please help me with your suggestions.
