Annual close for one of our companies did not roll all of the expense balances into Equity

In the annual close for one of our companies 84 accounts did not roll into equity in the AC ledger. Wondering if there is a setting somewhere that is missed or what to look at as to why this happened. Some of the accounts are in the table below.

We tried clearing the balance in the F0902 table and rerunning but that did not fix it.
