Launch URL when save the Transaction in Receipt Form

Hi,

 

In AR Receipt creation form I need to do a personalization.

When user fill data in receipt form and save them. After save the data automatically I need to call a URL using form personalization. Is it possible in Oracle EBS.

Please give document regarding this requirement.
